- Does your team speak English?
- Yes. You can talk to us in English on WhatsApp, and you will be received in English when you visit or when your guests arrive.
- Do I need a Brazilian company to work here?
- No. To use a desk, a private office or a meeting room, you only need to book it — no Brazilian entity required. A registered business address is different: it is used to register a company at our address, so it assumes you have or are opening a Brazilian entity (CNPJ). Your accountant or lawyer handles the incorporation itself; we provide the address and documentation.
- Can I book for just a few days?
- Yes. Shared workspace and meeting rooms can be booked on a short-term basis. Private offices work on flexible contracts — tell us how long you need and we will quote it.
- What is included?
- Furniture, high-speed internet, cleaning, coffee, reception for you and your guests, and access to the shared areas. Meeting rooms are booked through the Brains app. Members get 24-hour access; the front desk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
- Which location should I choose?
- Batel is Curitiba's most established business and dining district and is our pet-friendly location. Centro Cívico sits next to the state government complex. Água Verde (Praça do Japão) and Bigorrilho (Parque Barigui) are residential, green and quieter. All four offer the same services.
